At itdesign we are familiar with this situation. We have been helping companies implement Clarity for over 15 years now. Based on this, we have developed two implementation methods to give our customers the perfect start with Clarity: itd Quick Start and itd SIM. You can even find ready-made templates for many of these processes and scenarios. The requirements are sometimes very specific and complex, however. One essential factor in choosing the right implementation method is determining how important individual adaptations may be for you.

itd SIM will be the right method for you if you feel that customization to suit individual requirements and the mapping of your business processes is of paramount importance. Choose itd SIM if an iterative and flexible process during implementation is also important to you. However, if getting started with Clarity as quickly as possible is more important, and if you do not mind later adapting the standard solution after the initial implementation phase, we recommend the itd Quick Start implementation method.
